Warning for the following rivers in South Dakota…

South Branch Tributary Mud Creek near Rauville affecting Codington
County.

through the next 24 hours. Any future precipitation could affect the
forecasts.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE…South Branch Tributary Mud Creek near Rauville.

* WHEN…From this afternoon until further notice.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 4:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 4.2 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 4:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 4.2 feet.
– Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

Instructions

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
