…The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Iowa…Illinois…

Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Henderson, Mercer, Louisa
and Des Moines Counties.

Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Henderson and Des
Moines Counties.

Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Hancock, Lee, Henderson
and Des Moines Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Burlington.

* WHEN…From Wednesday morning to late Friday night.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, Water affects low lying buildings and homes
in Montrose and Niota.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 11:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Wednesday morning to a crest of 15.8 feet Thursday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning.
– Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
