* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest and west central Kansas, including
the following counties, in southwest Kansas, Finney and Hodgeman.
In west central Kansas, Lane, Ness and Scott.

* WHEN…Until 130 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1028 AM CDT, local law enforcement in Lane county reported
heavy rain and county roads underwater in the warned area due
to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Scott City, Dighton, Alamota, Amy, Grigston, Manning, Healy,
Shallow Water, Scott State Lake and Modoc.

Instructions
