* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing.

* WHERE…Central Ford County in southwestern Kansas…
Gray County in southwestern Kansas…
Southeastern Haskell County in southwestern Kansas…
Northwestern Meade County in southwestern Kansas…
Northeastern Seward County in southwestern Kansas…

* WHEN…Until 1015 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 422 PM CDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain in the
warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring.
Between 3 and 6+ inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Dodge City, Cimarron, Sublette, Montezuma, Bucklin, Copeland,
Ingalls, Ford, Ensign, Charleston, The Haggard Elev, Howell, Ft.
Dodge and Tice.
