* WHEN…From this morning to Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, Low-lying fields along Moniteau Creek
flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this morning to a crest of 18.8 feet late this afternoon. It will
then fall below flood stage late this evening.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
