…The National Weather Service in Tulsa OK has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Oklahoma…

Caney River near Ramona affecting Washington OK County.

Caney River at Bartlesville affecting Washington OK County.

…Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Oklahoma…

Caney River near Collinsville affecting Tulsa and Rogers Counties.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Caney River near Ramona.

* WHEN…From this evening to Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 28.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs from
Ochelata to the northeastern tip of Tulsa County. Some rural roads
are impassable including the road between Ramona and Talala.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1:57 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 28.6 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday
morning. This forecast is based on the next 24 hours of
forecast rainfall, and interests along the river should
closely monitor updates to this warning.
– Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
