* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following
counties, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including the
following counties, Barton, Camden, Cedar, Dade, Dallas, Hickory,
Jasper, Miller and Polk.

* WHEN…From 10 PM CDT this evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Training thunderstorms bringing 2 to 4 inches of rain with
localized higher amounts up to 5 inches.
