* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of central and southern Iowa.

* WHEN…Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– While showers are ongoing across parts of southern to central
Iowa, a band of heavier rain is expected overnight. Already
saturated conditions have lowered the needed rainfall for flash
flooding impacts.
