the following counties, in north central Texas, Hill and Navarro.
In northeast Texas, Henderson.
* WHEN…Through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Slow moving thunderstorms may result in widespread rainfall
amounts of 2 to 3 inches in a short period of time. Isolated
totals in excess of 5 inches will be possible through Monday.
