* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Training storms with localized heavy downpours are expected
mainly this afternoon through early Wednesday creating a suitable
environment for flash and river flooding.
