* WHAT…Flash flooding and areal flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is possible.
* WHERE…Portions of west central Illinois, southeast Iowa, and
northeast Missouri.
* WHEN…From Sunday morning through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in localized flash flooding,
flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their
banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Rounds of thunderstorms producing heavy rain are expected on
Sunday. Rainfall amounts between 1-3 inches are anticipated.
