* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Localized rainfall amounts of 4 to 6 inches are possible which
would cause flash flooding.

* WHERE…A portion of west central Texas, including the following
counties, Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Concho, Kimble, Mason,
McCulloch, Menard, Runnels and San Saba.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
