* WHEN…Until 7 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Soils are saturated from heavy rainfall occurring over the
last 24 hours. Additional showers and thunderstorms are
possible tonight.
