Cedar River at Janesville affecting Black Hawk and Bremer
counties.

Winnebago River at Mason City affecting Floyd, Worth and Cerro
Gordo counties.

* WHAT…Flooding is possible.

* WHERE…The Iowa River near Rowan, or from Belmond to Dows.

* WHEN…From this afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 12.5 feet, Water affects US 69 north of Belmond.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.6 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached based on the latest
forecast information.
– Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
