* WHAT…For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 30 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 55 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 25 expected.

* WHERE…Western and much of central North Dakota.

* WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, until midnight CDT /11 PM MDT/
tonight. For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM CDT /midnight MDT/ to 8
AM CDT /7 AM MDT/ Friday.

* IMPACTS…Objects left unsecured outside may be blown around. Frost
and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation
and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
