* WHAT…Afternoon high temperatures between 100 and 106 degrees.
Overnight low temperatures in the mid 60s to around 70 degrees.

* WHERE…Portions of panhandle Nebraska and east central and
southeast Wyoming.

* WHEN…From 11 AM Saturday to 9 PM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS…Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.

Instructions

Take extra precautions when outside. Drink plenty of fluids and wear
lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous
activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see
symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
