* WHERE…In Arkansas, North and Central Sebastian County. In
Oklahoma, Central Le Flore, Haskell, Latimer, Northern Le Flore,
and Southern Le Flore Counties.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting
those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing
strenuous activities.

Instructions

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
