* WHAT…Heat index values up to 107 expected.

* WHERE…In Arkansas, Southern Sebastian County. In Oklahoma,
Central and Southern Sequoyah, Craig, Northeast Osage, Ottawa,
Central Le Flore, Haskell, and Northern Le Flore Counties.

* WHEN…For the first Heat Advisory, until 8 PM CDT this evening.
For the second Heat Advisory, from noon to 7 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting
those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing
strenuous activities.

Instructions

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
