* WHAT…Heat index values 105 to 110 expected today and tomorrow.

* WHERE…In Arkansas, Southern Sebastian County. In Oklahoma,
Central Le Flore, Choctaw, Latimer, Pittsburg, Pushmataha, and
Southern Le Flore Counties.

* WHEN…For the first Heat Advisory, until 8 PM CDT this evening.
For the second Heat Advisory, from noon to 9 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting
those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing
strenuous activities.

Instructions

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
