Northwestern Brown County in north central Nebraska…
Western Keya Paha County in north central Nebraska…

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 923 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Sicangu Village to 6 miles southwest of
Valentine, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Valentine, Norden, Crookston, Wood Lake, Smith Falls State Park,
Schlagel Creek State Wildlife Management Area, Highway 97 crossing
the Niobrara River, North River Trail, and Sparks.

This includes the following highways…
Highway 20 between mile markers 184 and 227.
Highway 97 between mile markers 133 and 141.
Highway 83 between mile markers 194 and 222.
