* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
East central Cherry County in north central Nebraska…
Central Brown County in north central Nebraska…

* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 358 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 11 miles northwest of Johnstown to 18 miles
northeast of Brownlee to near Valentine National Wildlife Refuge,
moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Ainsworth, Long Pine, Johnstown, Valentine National Wildlife
Refuge, Wood Lake, Keller Park State Recreation Area, Pine Glen
State Wildlife Refuge, Antelope Peak, Moon Lake, and Highway 83
crossing Goose Creek.

This includes the following highways…
Highway 183 between mile markers 194 and 203.
Highway 20 between mile markers 219 and 251.
