The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Central Burleigh County in south central North Dakota…

* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 345 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles north of
Bismarck, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated. Multiple reports of golf ball size hail
were reported in northern parts of Bismarck and Mandan
with this storm.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Menoken, Wing, Regan, Baldwin, Arena and Mcdowell Dam Recreation
Area.

Instructions

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail and damaging winds.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT Monday for a
portion of south central North Dakota.
