* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southwestern Burleigh County in south central North Dakota…
Northeastern Morton County in south central North Dakota…

* Until 400 PM CDT.

* At 307 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles northwest
of St. Anthony, or 13 miles southwest of Mandan, moving northeast
at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Mandan around 325 PM CDT. Bismarck and Lincoln around 335 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Fort
Abraham Lincoln State Park, Double Ditch Indian Village and Mcdowell
Dam Recreation Area.

Instructions

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail and damaging winds.

Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT Monday for a
portion of south central North Dakota.
