* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
South Central Butte County in northwestern South Dakota…

* Until 500 PM MDT.

* At 354 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Arpan, or 15
miles northeast of Belle Fourche, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Newell, Newell Lake, Arpan and northeastern Belle Fourche
Reservoir.
