Central Cherry County in north central Nebraska…

* Until 545 PM CDT.

* At 504 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles southwest
of Merritt Reservoir, or 32 miles north of Mullen, moving east at
15 mph.

HAZARD…Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
central Cherry County.

This includes Highway 97 between mile markers 96 and 112.
