Southeastern Lincoln County in central Kansas…
Northeastern Ellsworth County in central Kansas…
Saline County in central Kansas…

* Until 615 PM CDT.

* At 517 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles north of
Kanopolis, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Salina, Assaria, Brookville, Smolan, Falun, Glendale, Westfall,
Salina Airport, Kanopolis State Park, and Kanopolis Lake.

This includes the following highways…
Interstate 135 between Mile Markers 80 and 95.
Interstate 70 between Mile Markers 219 and 259.
