* At 146 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles northwest of Elgin to Dover to near Spring
Valley, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Forestville State Park, Merrick State Park, Choice, Isinours, Hutton,
Riceford, and Highway 88 And County O.

This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 233 and
276.
