Southeastern Webster County in central Iowa…
Southwestern Wright County in north central Iowa…
Hamilton County in central Iowa…

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 431 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lehigh, or 11
miles southeast of Fort Dodge, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated. This storm has a history of producing
hail up to ping pong ball sized hail.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Fort Dodge, Webster City, Jewell Junction, Stratford, Coalville,
Ellsworth, Stanhope, Lehigh, Duncombe, Blairsburg, Kamrar,
Woolstock, Woodman Hollow State Park, Dolliver Memorial State Park,
Brushy Creek St Recreation Area, and Webster City Municipal
Airport.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 131 and 139.
