* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southeastern Morris County in east central Kansas…
Lyon County in east central Kansas…

* Until 1045 AM CDT.

* At 1002 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles north of Strong City to 13 miles south of
Cottonwood Falls, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Americus around 1015 AM CDT.
Emporia around 1020 AM CDT.
Olpe around 1025 AM CDT.

This includes the following highways…
Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 143.
Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 117 and 145.
