Western Polk County in northwestern Minnesota…
Grand Forks County in northeastern North Dakota…
Traill County in southeastern North Dakota…
Northeastern Steele County in southeastern North Dakota…

* Until 200 PM CDT.

* At 1253 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Orr to near Northwood to near Sherbrooke, moving
east at 50 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated. Automated wind sensors are reporting
wind gusts up to 70 mph.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include…
Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, Crookston, Grand Forks AFB,
Mayville, Ada, and Hillsboro.

This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 102 and 159.
