Northwestern Sioux County in the Panhandle of Nebraska…
Eastern Niobrara County in east central Wyoming…

* Until 330 PM MDT.

* At 247 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Van Tassell, or 19 miles east of Lusk, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Trained weather spotters. At 248 PM quarter sized hail
was reported 9 miles north of Van Tassell.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
