At 1033 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles south of Atlantic, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD…Nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include…
Atlantic, Anita, Exira, Adair, Lewis, Casey, Menlo, Brayton, Wiota,
Lake Anita State Park, Cold Springs State Park, Atlantic Municipal
Airport, and Anita Municipal Airport.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 59 and 84.
