Details

At 421 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Mound City to 8 miles north of Redfield to
near Uniontown. Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Fort Scott, Marmaton, Bronson, Uniontown, Fulton, Redfield, Mapleton,
Petersburg, Hammond, Devon, Harding, and Xenia.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CDT for
southeastern Kansas…and west central Missouri.
