Details

At 507 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
southwestern Oklahoma City, moving north at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Oklahoma City, western Norman, Moore, Midwest City, Del City,
Newcastle, Yukon, Bethany, Mustang, Warr Acres, The Village, Tuttle,
Piedmont, Spencer, Nichols Hills, Jones, Valley Brook, Tinker Air
Force Base, Forest Park, and Woodlawn Park.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
