Details

At 317 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Crazy Horse Memorial, or near Hill City, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 30 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Custer, Sylvan Lake, Crazy Horse Memorial, Black Elk Peak, Palmer
Gulch Resort, Mount Rushmore National Memorial and northwestern
Custer State Park.
