At 555 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles west of Welch, or 12 miles west of Red Wing, moving east at 35
mph.

HAZARD…Pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain and small
hail.

IMPACT…Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include…
Red Wing, Cannon Falls, Welch, Vasa and Miesville.
