Details
At 1246 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Elwood to Holdrege to 7 miles south of
Franklin. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Franklin, Hildreth, Wilcox, Funk, Smithfield, and Johnson Lake
around 1250 AM CDT.
Axtell and Riverton around 1255 AM CDT.
Lexington and Upland around 100 AM CDT.
Minden, Elm Creek, Overton, and Inavale around 105 AM CDT.
Other locations in the path of these storms include Kearney, Odessa,
Campbell, Norman, Bladen, Riverdale, Heartwell, Cowles and Holstein.
This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 233 and 290.
