Details
Patchy fog will reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less
early this morning across parts of northwest and north central
North Dakota, as well as the James River Valley. Motorists should
be prepared for rapidly changing conditions and use extra caution
traveling. Use low beam headlights and be extra cautious at
intersections and railroad crossings.
The fog is expected to dissipate by late morning.
