Details
At 555 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms and
strong outflow winds along a line extending from 5 miles southeast
of Eudora to 3 miles northeast of Williamsburg to 3 miles east of
Madison. Movement was southeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
Ottawa, Baldwin City, Garnett, Burlington, Eudora, Wellsville,
Centropolis, Lebo, Pomona, Waverly, Richmond, Colony, Williamsburg,
New Strawn, Quenemo, Melvern, Hartford, Gridley, Greeley, and
Princeton.
This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 135 and 198.
