Details
At 1029 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles west of Benkelman, moving south at 30 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Dundy
County, including the following locations… Parks.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM MDT for
northwestern Kansas…and southwestern Nebraska.
