Details

At 1233 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 12 miles west of Kalvesta to near Ingalls to
near Montezuma. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Cimarron and The Haggard Elev around 1240 AM CDT.
Ensign and Kalvesta around 1245 AM CDT.
Howell around 1250 AM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Dodge City, Ft.
Dodge and Wright.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for
southwestern Kansas.
