Details
At 229 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of Hainesville, or 9 miles south of Winnsboro, moving
northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
Mount Pleasant, Pittsburg, Winnsboro, Leesburg, Mount Vernon,
Scroggins, Newsome, Purley, Pleasant Grove, Cookville, Winfield,
Miller’s Cove, Rocky Mound, Hopewell, Monticello, Cypress,
Perryville, Harvard and Grice.
