At 206 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Howardville, or over Lilbourn, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
New Madrid, Lilbourn, Hunter-Dawson State Historic Site, Marston,
Howardville, North Lilbourn and Boundurant.
Instructions
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
