Details

At 601 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Royse City, or 10 miles east of Rockwall. This storm was nearly
stationary.

HAZARD…Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Rockwall, Royse City, Fate, Quinlan, Hawk Cove, Lake Tawakoni,
McLendon-Chisholm, and Union Valley.

This includes Interstate 30 between mile markers 73 and 77, and
between mile markers 80 and 81.
