Details
At 427 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles west of Naper, or 21 miles east of Springview, moving north at
35 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Nets Peak, Mills, and Brocksburg.
This includes Highway 12 between mile markers 72 and 86.
Instructions
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
north central Nebraska.
