Details

With the rain ending, winds have gone near calm over much of
northeast North Dakota and the northern Red River valley. Fog,
locally dense with visibilities under one half mile, will occur or
develop from Hallock to Grafton to Lakota, Devils Lake, Cando,
Langdon, Leeds, Maddock and New Rockford. This fog will improve by
late morning.
