Details

At 1159 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles south of Trenton to near Cambridge to
near Long Island. Movement was northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Curtis, Eustis, Moorefield, Stockville, Medicine Creek Reservoir
State Recreation Area, Maywood, Quick, Hansen Memorial Reserve State
Wildlife Management Area, Willow View Campground, Freedom, Orafino,
Bluegill Haven Campground, Red Willow Reservoir State Recreation
Area, and Dancing Leaf Earth Lodge.

This includes Highway 83 between mile markers 27 and 55.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
