Details
Areas of fog, occasionally reducing visibility to around 1/4 mile,
have developed in portions of southeast South Dakota and southwest
Minnesota early this Monday morning. Travelers should be prepared
for rapidly deteriorating or changing visibility, and use extra
caution at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is
expected to improve by 7 to 8 AM.
