At 759 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles northeast of Emporia, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down twigs or small limbs and blow
around objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include…
Lebo, Hartford, Neosho Rapids, Reading, and Beto Junction.
This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 137 and 156.
