Details

At 1055 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Hooks, or 8 miles east of New Boston, moving south at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Texarkana, Wake Village, New Boston, Nash, Hooks, Queen City,
Redwater, Maud, Red Lick, Leary, Douglassville, Domino, Pleasant
Hill, Red Bank and Red Hill.

Instructions

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
